  • If our vacations are not 100% as we have presented them and you are not completely satisfied, you are entitled to a replacement package at no charge from Time Out for Vacations, Inc.
  • If you decide you want to cancel the package within 30 days, please send a written cancellation notice and return the package. You will receive a refund minus an admin fee. After 30 days all sales are final. Remember the package is always fully extendable and transferable.
